What’s Going On With Onyx and Goliath Lately?

If you’ve been following Onyx for a while, you’ve probably noticed that things have been picking up recently. It doesn’t feel like just updates anymore. It feels like the ecosystem is actually starting to take shape in a more real way.

The biggest part of that is Goliath. For a long time, it was something people talked about during testnet, trying things out, seeing how it works. Now that it’s live, it’s a different story. You’re not just testing anymore, you’re actually using it.

What I like about Goliath so far is that it doesn’t try to overcomplicate things. You can just get in, try a few things, and understand what’s going on without needing to dig through a lot of technical stuff. That alone makes a big difference, especially for people who are not deep into development.

Another thing that stands out is how active the ecosystem has become. There’s already a huge amount of $XCN being staked across Goliath and Ethereum. That tells you people are not just watching from the side, they are actually involved. When you see that kind of participation, it usually means people see some long term value.

The wallet update is also worth mentioning. It might not sound like the biggest thing at first, but once you use it, you notice the difference. The cleaner design, better experience, and especially the gas-free transactions make it easier to just use the platform without thinking too much about fees or extra steps.

Then there’s the AI side of things. The Onyx AI tools are actually interesting because they lower the barrier a lot. Instead of needing full technical knowledge, you can experiment with deploying tokens or contracts in a much simpler way. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a step in a direction that makes building more accessible.

On top of all this, the community side is doing its part as well. The Ambassador Program is a good example of that. Some people are active in Telegram, some are posting on X, others are making videos or writing posts like this. Not everyone contributes in the same way, and that’s actually a good thing. It keeps things more organic.

One thing I’ve noticed is that you can’t really judge contribution from just one place anymore. Someone might not be very active in chat but could be creating useful content elsewhere. That mix of different efforts is what helps the ecosystem grow outside of just one platform.

Overall, it feels like Onyx is moving step by step, not rushing things, but also not standing still. Goliath going live is a big moment, but it’s also just part of a bigger picture. There’s still more to build, more to improve, and more to test in real conditions.

For now, it feels like we’re in that phase where everything is starting to connect. And that’s usually when things get interesting.

Let’s see where it goes from here.
